LSL were instructed by a prestigious Institutional Client to first identify, acquire and ultimately block manage the client’s first entry into the UK Institutional PRS market.

The client had strict budget parameters for the purchase of a site, or multiple sites, and required a high percentage of existing rent generation as well as delivering a strong yield on their investment.

Data, Analysis & Consultancy

We began the process by performing regional market assessments, utilising the vast array of PRS data LSL has at its disposal which includes our LSL Buy-to-Let Index, New Build Index, access to the UK’s largest Lettings Agent network and our recent, nationwide, PRS Tenant Survey.

Acquisition Service

Once we had identified those sites/developments that best fulfilled the client’s brief, we presented our detailed recommendation report.

The client reviewed our recommendation and agreed to go ahead with the purchase. We managed the full acquisition on their behalf.

Full Property Asset & Block Management

Once the assets were acquired, LSL were appointed to provide full block management services for the client. The property management services we are providing include all tenant find and rent-related services, legislatorial risk mitigation, and full facilities management.

Following their highly successful entry into the UK’s institutional PRS market, our client is looking to expand their growing portfolio, partnering with LSL to acquire further sites and provide full management services.
