BRISTOL (Central): The Development

LSL provided a site analysis and demographic profiling, at a site-specific level, for a potential development in Bristol. The proposed development consists of 217 units split between 2 buildings, with the main block containing 177 one and two bed apartments. Following LSL’s evaluation of prospective tenant wants and needs, generous space has been set aside for soft landscaping and tree-planting, alongside residents’ roof gardens, and each block will contain a dedicated reception lobby and on-site support facilities. There will also be split-level parking facilities, with space for 103 cars.

BRISTOL (South): The Development

LSL were instructed to assist with a feasibility study for 400 Build to Rent units on a site in the south of Bristol. As well as the Build to Rent units and associated accommodation, the proposed scheme includes a car park with 120 spaces to serve the residential units and new commercial units.

PLYMOUTH: The Development

LSL were commissioned to assess the development potential of an attractive waterfront site in Plymouth. Following LSL’s Development Data report; two alternative proposals were prepared, to enable comparison of merits and aid initial discussions with the planning department. This report allowed the planners to consider two massing and quantum options for the building configuration, and refined the planning process.
